Conni started her recruiting career in 1993 with a San Francisco based staffing firm where she specialized in placing candidates in accounting and finance positions. Over the years Conni has built a strong network providing resources to a diverse industry client base within the Bay Area. She fulfills the interim needs of her clients by successfully identifying high quality candidates needed for financial planning, technical accounting and project roles. Carol Greenberg - Director
Carol Greenberg specializes in identifying Finance and Accounting talent in Silicon Valley. She comes to Alchemy Search Partners with 15 years of recruiting/financial analyst/public accounting experience. Ms. Greenberg, a CPA, was a manager with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Chicago, heading up the Budget and Expense Division and the Management Consulting divisions, respectively. Prior to that, Carol was an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Chicago, specializing in manufacturing, health-care, non-profits, retail and real estate. Ms. Greenberg holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University. Because of Carol's well rounded business background, she has a proven record of understanding the technical needs of the client as well as the skills of the candidate, making the hiring process a positive and successful experience for both parties.

Mark Guterman – Director
Mark has been a career and executive coach and consultant for 30 years, guiding organizations and individuals on how to thrive in the global work place. He is a Principal of MeaningfulCareers.com and is the Chief Coach and Trainer for Springboard Forward. Recently, he was Executive Coach for the Growth and Leadership Center and prior to that was Director of Professional Services for Lee Hecht Harrison. He is the author of Common Sense for Uncommon Times: The Power of Balance in Work, Family, and Personal Life, co-author of ValueSearch, and developer of many training and development programs used extensively by groups and organizations. Mark also teaches for John F. Kennedy University’s MA program in Career Development and is a frequent speaker to organizations and conferences throughout the United States, Europe, and Australia. Mark holds an MA in Counseling from Sonoma State University and a BA in History and Political Science from UCLA.

Bryon has been in the search industry since 1992 working for both large
public companies and regional search firms. He has held the positions

Bryon has considerable experience working with publicly traded and
privately held firms in the high-tech, bioscience, real estate and
financial/professional service industries specializing in the areas of

Stacie began her recruiting career in the East Bay in 1992 with a

Lisa joined Alchemy Search Partners in 2007. She has over 10 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance. Most recently she has held Director of Finance positions at both Gymboree Corporation and Houghton Mifflin Rivergroup. Before that, she was at Levi Strauss & Co. in the Corporate Finance & Strategy and Demand Planning groups. Lisa began her career in the audit practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She is currently an Adjunct Professor for Golden Gate University’s graduate accounting and finance program. She has a Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University and a MA (Hons) in Economics from St. Andrews University, Scotland, U.K.
